“Milo just completed Basic Manners class – we learned a lot- Elise was very knowledgeable and gave us pointers on continued training with our pets after class. The handouts were very beneficial – He was very shy and nervous but after completion of course – he was very comfortable in the environment – very positive experience .”

“I’ve owned/trained many dogs, and Mod Dogs’ class was the best I’ve participated in. Elise has extensive knowledge about dog behavior and how to work with them.
More importantly, she knows how to teach dog owners to train their own. My dog and I have new skills that we can continue to improve. Great experience! ”

“Thank goodness for Elise! We reached out for help after our new rescue pup exhibited behaviors we just couldn’t sort out. After listening to our concerns and observations Elise provided a variety of recommendations. She suggested creative approaches to address the frustrating behaviors that—bonus!— also strengthened our bond. Most importantly, Elise empathized with our frustrations while instilling confidence that our family could be successful. We read a lot of unhelpful articles online before contacting Elise. I wish we’d skipped those wasted weeks and sought her expertise sooner!”

“Haru just completed his puppy basics training with Mod.Dogs Canine Coaching. I wanted to start training Haru early but unfortunately couldn’t enroll him in classes yet because he’s too young/not fully vaccinated. He was also driving me crazy with the teething and demand barking… little did I know this is typical puppy behavior, you just need to learn how to shape and redirect it! After four sessions we learned a lot; mat work, touch targeting, socialization, name game and many other useful skills. Elise was very helpful and I appreciate the positive reinforcement she uses. We’ve definitely come a LONG way since we first got Haru and I’m super content we did training. We’re going to continue the positive reinforcement and keep practicing everything we’ve learned.”
